it's beginning to sound a lot like christmas...

Well I will admit it that I use the "Santa" ticket as long as I can. I really don't start til November and use it well into February..lets just say I ride that train as long as I can in good conscience. We were doing some chores and it hit me that I hadn't used that card yet with Rook, (I try to use it as a deterant, butt in this case it was a last ditch effort to get him to behave himself). So I said it, I am going to call Santa, I reached for my cell phone and started to dial, then I said it....Hello santa...Rookies eyes narrowed in disbeliefe, Hi santa, yes its me Teri Keller. I wanted to let you know that Rook just hit his baby brother...Rook's eyes widened and then I could see the panick over take him as he ran to my leg and begged and begged....I said I was sorry, I said I was sorry! Please tell santa I said I was sorry! Now the tears had come on and he was almost hysterical, so I said you know what Santa he looks pretty sorry to me, do you think you can just forgive him? What you can? Rook started to look a little hopeful as he sniffed back the tears, I said out loud, You are right Santa, Jesus said to forgive everyone and to give them a second chance, even when they fight and hit their sweet baby brother. I will santa, I will tell him..bye.
I pulled Rook over and gave him a hug and I said, You are lucky that Santa listens to what Jesus taught us, and rook said yea and I am lucky Crew didn't tell you I kicked him too.

we have decided we are adopting!!

People ask me ALL the time if we are going to have another baby, so I would like to tell all those people that we have decided that we are going to give adoption a try...so we went to our friends from the ward and asked if we could borrow their dogs sometime, so when my boys are BEGGING me for one we can just run over to her house and play with hers. in fact she has said that we could "adopt" her little dog Millie and take her when ever we wanted...so I think we have come to a perfect arrangement...as for the baby thing...Don't worry about Gar and I...we "try" on a daily basis and am sure that if we decide to have another child that when I stop taking birth control, if we want one we will have one..

Here are the boys, and the neighbor friends that went with us, and Mandy the dog...looking big and tough as usual...they love Mandy as well, she is REALLY old and is funny to watch as the kids try and make her do something she doesn't want to do.
Here is Cannon in his new duds..his Bond, James Bond duds....he likes to wear it to school and everywhere. It makes me laugh to see him walk around as a spy...
We have moved Rook's bedroom to the hallway, we just thought that his bed was WAY too soft and comfortable and knew he would LOVE his hard, cold floor...actually he was telling me he was tired and I was trying to talk him into going into HIS bed and not mine, he was rolling around on the floor telling me how mean I was and then....it got quiet. I love this kid when he is sleeping.

thanksgiving day!!!

So I guess I am way behind...I can't believe it is already December. Well we have been busy, busy.. We had our first thanksgiving here at our house and invited some good friends and their kids. It was a little crazy butt all in all it was a great day.
Luckily the kids actually ate because there was a TON of food, and even more pie for dessert.

We had a party at my friends brooke's house and all the costumes were great...here Kim is looking velvety smooth....I am thinking she is a genie...not sure though...I forgot to ask.

This year I got a little crafty, thanks to all the ideas I stole from other blogs..Butt it turned out pretty dang good. These were lots of fun to make, each boy made one and they all have names...I don't know what they are, butt they are named.

Before we went trick or treating the boys played in the front yard. I can't believe what a nice day we had. It was great. Here the Jedi is fighting the hulk and spiderman is just running and enjoying his freedom.

Here is Cannon as the Jedi, Crew as spiderman and Rook as the hulk pirate. It was a toss up and I didn't have the energy to fight him so that is what he is.

Just a bit of what we've been up to.

Well this is what our yard looks like only add mud, they started diggin up and repairing our ceptic...and it is close to being done...I guess. They havn't been around to ask.




This was last saturday, the kids woke up to a ton of snow and they were REALLY excited..I wanted to cry as I dug through the boots and gloves...butt the boys were so cute I couldn't. Cannon and his little shadow in the front yard.
All the boys bundled up waiting to get into the snow..what a great morning..is what rook said.
this is wynn "having tons of fun" horseback riding. He says he liked it.
You could tell Jett loved it. He is getting really good and this last time he was never going slower than a trott.
That is pretty much it.....I know, how do I contain all this excitment...it is NOT easy, butt there you go, there is your update.

Some of my favorite things....

We were talking about things that we LOVED and the boys were saying that they loved the Wii and games and pancakes...I was getting reflective and thinking of my favs...here they are:
Here is my number one thing....I love this guy. He is soo good to me and is the best dad...he loves me even when I am CRAZY...which is all the time...He is a great guy.

Most of my days are busy chasing crew, butt every once in a while I can catch him and he will fall asleep, I LOVE snuggling that boy!
I love little boys in PJ's , they are sooo cute especially stripes...I love them! My new favorite thing is skeet shooting..we went at a friends house last week, I am getting really good at hitting them. Here is Crew with one of his favorite people...she is so cute..and I promise the gun is unloaded and on safety.I love to watch the boys get funky in public....it makes me laugh.
And my favorite thing is NO KIDS IN DIAPERS!!!!Isn't he such a smart boy.

And my newest obsession...Fruit roll ups are AWESOME!!! They are only 50 calories and melt in your mouth...mmmmmmmm. Come on, you obviousely don't REALLY know me if you are surprised, and I know it isn't coke, butt I do need a change...
