It has amazed me to see the pics of Lola as she is changing and growing...sooo fast! She continues to become a chubby little girl instead of this tiny little infant here in the pic..she is only a couple of weeks old here: I love this pic with Rook and Lola, they love her so much and are finding she was easier to hold when she only weighed 8 lbs and slept the entire time.
Here she is a month old and weighs 10 lbs. She is already wanting to be held so she can look out and trys to sit upright more so than just lay there...(I loved it when she just layed there and let you cuddle her). She holds her head up strong and likes to know what is going on.
I love this pic with Gary and Lola. We have the same pose with Gary and Wynn. She is getting rolls all over her and is starting to smile at people a little.
Here she is in all her 13lbs of glory. She smiles regularly and loves to be in the middle of it all. She sleeps best with lots of noise, (I think it makes her feel more at home). She is trying to laugh and coo's softly and sweetly..loves her showers with Gary and sleeps best when she isn't being held..:-( Her shirt says "best christmas present ever" and she has been. I love dressing her up and this is one of my favorite outfits..I know what you are thinking..heck could you find a bigger flower? And Yes you can and YES she has them!!!
She was sleeping in her swing one night and I came in the room to get her and one of the boys put this on her head...I just thought it was sweet.
This one I had to throw in...it just makes me laugh. Crew had some balloons and came into the office and said he was going to feed Lola, he had got some boobs..
This is our Christmas tree, it has been decorated and redecorated and redecorated again. it seems the boys couldn't keep their hands off it. And the presents that were put under it. I love Christmas time, it seems to come and go to quickly.
We had our good friends over the night before Christmas to play games and eat lots of junk, we had the nativity with their kids and it was really great to start the Holiday with it, to remind us of what was really important.. Crew and his best friend Packer and sister Julia, the shepards and the sheep.
Then we played games...Kim would NOT let go of the dang spoon..I had to drag her across the room until I could literally PRY her fingers off it. My hands are still sore...(Once again Harmons....I am soooo sorry!!!)
Jett needed some attention too, so I had to post this pic of his mom whipping him into shape, just so it is documented that I am stronger than him...for now.
Christmas morning in our jammies. We had opened presents..don't judge by the faces, they ARE happy, just soo excited, having a hard time focusing on a smile! (ie Jett and Crew)
Here we all are, hoping that everyone had a great Christmas and wish you a healthy, and happy year. Knowing that when we put Christ at the center of our lives we are truely blessed and know of His great love for us....and will be able to kick Kims bootie at cards!!!!!!!!!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
